Just returned from 张家界 tour with my family. Temperature was colder than expected (0-12degrees) but scenery was beautiful and the itinerary was very well planned. Our tour guide 阿城 (Jason) was very sincere, patient, very knowledgeable about the place and take good photos (very important), while the coach driver was skillful, polite and always punctual. I could tell that 阿城 took into account alot of small details to make the trip comfortable and enjoyable. I'm really grateful that he took great care of us, especially my little 5 year old kiddo whom like him so much that she kept insisting to hold his hand and lead the tour together.
We booked for 22 to 29 Dec 2024 departing tour for 8D7N Taiwan Alisan. It was later changed to 11 Dec 2024. There are a hipcups along the way during the booking. 22 to 11 to 12 to 11... because of the SQ and communication, but it all turn out well later. Credit goes to Sammi. She save a repeat customer for Hong Thai. Sammi Soh is the best tour leader that I have encountered. She is committed, attentive, caring and goes beyond her duties to take care of everyone in the tour. She ensure we are nicely fit into the rooms, our meals, and our seats. Many of times her meal time are shorten and quick one. Cos she need to care which dish is non pork for my Muslim helper and other tour members needs. We really love her services. It is the best choice that we choose Hong Tai... Our family of 8 are well taken carer.
Nov'24: My recent 13D10N Comprehensive Balkans trip with Hong Thai was amazing! What made my trip wonderful & memorable was having a great, knowledgeable & thoughtful tour guide, Kok Wai! I appreciated how conscientiously he worked to assure everyone's comfort & safety. His promptness in planning & adjusting the itinerary in the face of inclement weather was commendable. The entire trip went smoothly. Each of the tourist attractions we visited was interesting & breathtaking! Thanks to his photographic skills, Kok Wai took beautiful pics that add to our collection of memories. My vacation experience was truly enjoyable!
